Update: The issue continued after reinstall, however, this time my antivirus actually notified me that it stopped the "ffxiv_dx11.exe" from writing the screenshot.png file, telling the AV to allow it resolved the problem.I am currently using windower 3.4, used the default install path when installing windower.
