This easter egg does not require much preparation as the final boss you encounter isn't that difficult. It is still best to have some form of preparation either way since you will be encountering the final boss and the zombies on either Round 5 or 6, depending on the RNG.

The Giant is the easiest, next would be DE. The rest are more complicated. out of the "big easter eggs" Der Eisendrache is the easiest one. I would say keep trying and you'll manage in a few tries. After DE in difficulty its probably Revelations or zetsobu no shima. After ZNS and Rev. its probably Shadows.
Der eisendrache is probably the most satisfying easter egg to complete solo while being fair. Gorod Krovi is hard to solo and therefore a big achievement but the bossfight is such a pain when you don't want to cheese it with gobblegums. Shadows is easy as hell. But you need 4 players. ZnS has a harder setup than DE, but DE has the harder boss fight. Overall I would say DE is the easiest. Zets is a lot harder on solo, Gorod Krovi is fairly difficult but not impossible. Zets was a lot easier on solo for me....
