I looked in the AppData folder and opened the LocalLow folder, but as you can see in the first image, there is no stresslevelzero folder.

I feel like it's just a non-intrusive way of asking for a rough body size for people that don't really care. As a fat bloke I wouldn't personally care if the options were thin, medium, me, but I imagine some people would, plus it could be a bit weird to come up with body type names for XXL or higher, so shirt size seems like a good compromise to me.
