If you make the contraverse hold into stasis affinity you can use grenade kickstart to bypass some of the discipline issues. You get ~20% of your grenade back just by throwing it every time. Past that you'd want about tier 7 or 8 discipline for constant grenade uptime, assuming you're actually hitting targets with your grenades every time.
