And the real problem. And why he sold it so cheap, The pto lever wont engage the blades unless held all the way down in just the right spot. Once you let your hand off, it stops.
If it doesn't then there is a problem with your PTO solenoid or there is a hard mechanical problem inside your tranny case. It has two settings for the clutch and you can't engage the PTO unless you use adjust the clutch pedal to its highest point. The lower setting is fine for shifting gears but not for the PTO. If its NOT turning the belted shaft, you may need a new pto clutch pack because the material is worn away. You still want to feed 12v to the PTO clutch in case there is a voltage problem and see if you can manually engage the clutch. You need Mom for this, too.
