The L1 power stancing will build bleed faster and having the cold will help. Status effects scale well into the higher NG+. You can still use the weapon art to break stances decently well.

Scizzoman. • 2 yr. ago. It's a DEX/INT weapon, if you're pure DEX you probably shouldn't bother with it. If you're DEX/INT it's basically broken though. High damage, high bleed, and its unique skill is a better version of Unsheathe that shoots projectiles stronger than most actual sorceries.

Moonveil is more agile, does a good chunk of damage with or without buffs. Compare to DMGS directly, the main difference is that AOW damage cannot be buffed by Godfrey Icon. Bottomline, DMGS for fights that would end fast (e.g getting all the charged attack in without break).
