I checked fit and how the index tabs worked then sent it off to ADCO for cut and thread at 10.4 and open gas port to 1.5mm for use with my vented gas block.The 91's up to 89 were normally chambered in .308 and had 1 in 12" twist barrels. As was posted FGGM 168's are 1.5moa. Handloads should get you to MOA I would expect per many posts here and other forums. The PTR'S have 1 in 10" twist. Just on a whim, I measured a dozen HK barrel pins. Most were 5mm on the nose, one was 5.02mm and one was 4.98mm. Personally, I'd rather see the hole exactly 5mm because it is easier to control the pin size than the hole size, and the pins are harder than the barrel - but I'm sure HK had their reasons. T.
