Att active armor not working.

Since I pay extra for "ActiveArmor Internet Security", the "Smart Home Manager" app allows me to enable profile securities that block porn and specified sites. But enabling those settings do not work. From my HOME internet service I can still access the sites I blocked. I am paying extra for this service to work.
