In this arena, you will be facing both the Manticore and Dragon, which combine elements from both The Island and Scorched Earth.Megapithecus is the easiest boss of all in ARK. You don't need many of the items in this fight if you have the right tames with you. But carrying the items in a boss fight is always helpful. Nobody knows when the fight gets heated up. So, you can take healing items such as Medical Brew. And you can take food items as well, especially Cooked Meat.
