Yes. Galactic Conquest is the most active and Co-Op too. Other modes are completely empty. I mean you can join but if you're unlucky then you'll have to wait 19 other players to join before the match can even start. From my experience North American region is the most active so go there. No servers are available in Battlefront 1, and Battlefront 2 has 3 servers with a 64 player cap. These devs really just released this game with the WHOLE point of buying it being to play online, and they only allow 200 people in total to play online. This is peak comedy gold.
