Like the title says it keeps crashing and taking me back to the main menu. I already did the delete --> reboot ---> download thing. Restarted the internet connection, signed out of youtube and signed in again, unplugged and left it off for awhile, and also netflix does the same thing once in awhile. Model: 3931x any help? For prime it mostly happened with 4k content, Netflix is crashing after the episode starts via auto play. The TV is fully up to date.
